据所知, Second Life里面最古老的虚拟物体是Philip Linden(Second Life的创始人和林登实验室的董事会主席)创建的水皮球(beach ball), 创建时间是2002年4月30日. 这个时候Second Life还没有向公众开放(内测阶段是从2002年11月到2003年4月).
